The clean room had no table and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Noise from traffic bothersome throughout the night!!! Thin walls between rooms make sounds from neighbors intrusive!!! Consider upgrading windows and room decor for a fresher vibe!!!

Couple seeking something decent
Staff were so friendly, bending over backwards to get us a room on the top floor when we asked for it. The little garden is such a nice touch, felt great to sit outside after a long day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for what we got.

Request a higher floor room to escape street noise, enhancing your comfort during your stay.

The stay at Swinton was quite comfortable overall. The staff were genuinely friendly and quick to help with any requests. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, with fresh sheets and a tidy environment. The breakfast was a convenient option and reasonably priced, adding to the positive experience. the lack of air conditioning during the hot summer days made the room uncomfortable at times. The bathroom could use a bath mat outside the shower to prevent slipping, which kind of detracted from the experience.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The location makes it easy to check out the British Museum and grab a bite at local cafes. The staff were so helpful, letting us store our bags after check-out. Rooms were clean and quiet despite being close to transport. Highly recommended for group trips!
The only downside was that the TV signal was fuzzy, but we weren't there to watch TV. Just a minor issue.

A Cozy Retreat with Great Dining Options
Our stay was enjoyable, especially the delightful on-site restaurant that offered a fantastic breakfast with fresh pastries. The staff’s attentiveness made us feel cared for. For a peaceful experience, request a room away from the main street. We loved the comfortable bed and appreciated the thoughtful amenities.

We enjoyed the lovely outside garden area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. The location was also a huge plus, just a short walk to King's Cross. The attentive staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if they had better soundproofing. The noise from the street was quite disruptive at times.
